Students meet three times a week to learn songs, basic conversation and vocabulary, participate in Latin cultural activities like Mexico's Day of the Dead celebrations, geography studies and cooking projects. Younger students utilize hands-on, self-correcting Spanish materials before moving on to the more abstract use of textbooks.
