Application Process


AdmissionsSchedule a Tour: Contact the Director of Admissions to schedule a tour (admissions@rpmschool.org). This is a wonderful opportunity to learn more about the Montessori educational philosophy, see the students in their classrooms, and ask questions.

Complete an Application:  (RPMS_Application.pdf45KB)Applications are accepted year-round via mail or dropped off in person, along with the $100 non-refundable application fee. Parents are sent an acknowledgement card upon receipt of the application and fee.

Interview: After availability has been determined, families are contacted to schedule an interview with their child. This process begins in late February, early March. If a placement is offered, parents are notified of acceptance by mail.

Placement Priority: Priority placement is given to siblings of current RPMS students and Montessori transfer students.Admissions

Cut-off Date: RPMS uses the September 1st cut-off date for children entering at any level. Children born after September 1st are eligible to enter a program the following school year.

Application Rollover: If an applicant is not offered a space in our school for the current year, parents may roll their application over for the following school year. Letters are sent in October asking parents to confirm interest in keeping their child's application active.
