Annual Fund
Your generosity makes a huge difference. When you give generously, it enhances the wonderful things our teachers do, which enhances the incredible experiences our children have, which enhances the great ideas they take out into the world, and on and on and on - but it all begins with you. YOU make it happen!
Like most independent schools, RPMS relies on voluntary contributions to the Annual Fund to support school programs and services by covering operational costs ranging from classroom supplies to building maintenance to our arts program; the costs tuition and fees do not cover. Not only does this help to keep tuition costs as low as possible, it also gives current families, grandparents, alumni and friends the opportunity to make a significant difference in the quality of education offered by RPMS.
The Annual Fund campaign is our top fundraising priority. We kick-off the campaign annually in the Fall and have both financial and family participation goals. Our 2011-2012 goals are $140,000 and 100% participation from RPMS families, faculty/staff and Board of Directors.

Gifts and donations allow the school to allocate funds where they are needed most and help RPMS continue its mission. The Annual Fund is a vital resource in supporting:
- An enriched educational experience for our children through our drama, art, music, physical education and Spanish language programs
- A unique educational experience for our children at Nature's Classroom Institute where children are enriched academically in areas that interest them most: natural, physical and social sciences, mathematics, and humanities
- Purchasing updated classroom materials, including textbooks and reading materials
- Building, equipment and grounds maintenance
- Professional development for academic and administrative staff
- Financial aid for families in need
We ask all families to participate in the Annual Fund. In order to meet our financial needs, RPMS looks to each family to contribute a minimum of $500.00 annually to the Annual Fund. Families who are able to give more that $500 are encouraged to do so. However, we recognize every family's situation is different and there may be times this may not be manageable. Your participation, at whatever level your family can manage, is vitally important to helping RPMS reach its goal. We encourage you to give as generously as you can. No contribution is too small, and of course, no contribution is too big!
As always - all gifts to the Annual Fund are tax-deductible.
