 RPMS takes pride in attracting
and retaining an experienced faculty. All our head directresses are
American Montessori Society (AMS) certified, and all members of our
teaching staff have Montessori training coupled with many years of
in-class experience.
RPMS has an experienced
administrative educational team led by our principal Debbie
Senoff-Langford, elementary coordinator Julie Collins and preschool
coordinator Kristen Mark. Together they ensure that our Montessori
practices are of the highest quality and in accordance with AMS
standards.
It is our belief that the
best teachers deserve opportunities to continue to upgrade their
skills, keeping current with educational trends and practices. Our
Board supports this effort with in-service training and attendance at
relevant conferences.

Teaching
Staff - Elementary
Each member of our elementary faculty is Montessori trained and has at
a minimum a bachelor’s degree. At the elementary level, the skills and
expertise of specialized teachers permit us to supplement the core
curriculum with Spanish, drama, art, music and physical education.
